As Vice President of Customer Experience at Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US (METUS), Heather Buchicchio provides strategic direction to multiple teams focused on training, post-sales and customer support.

Buchicchio also leads the company’s Parts Value Stream initiative, dedicated to continuously improving METUS' service parts business to ensure customers receive the best possible support and experience.

With over 20 years of HVAC industry experience and knowledge gained through working with various departments across METUS, Buchicchio has acquired considerable expertise in business and product lifecycle management.

During her career at METUS, she served in leadership roles in field marketing, product marketing, customer service, and channel development. In her previous role as Senior Director of Residential Channel Development, she served as channel expert for the company’s U.S. heat pump market, driving efforts to reach increasingly challenging targets in new business development.

Prior to joining METUS, Buchicchio was Principle/Managing Principle of Infinity Growth Partners LLC, providing marketing consulting and services to technical B2B companies. She also gained valuable HVAC experience during her ten years of service at a Chicago distributorship, where she held positions in commercial sales and marketing and led a purchasing team.

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree from Purdue University.
