As Senior Director of Human Resources at Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US (METUS), Katie Perry is responsible for human resources strategy and administration. Perry leads the development and implementation of talent acquisition, development and retention initiatives and reinforces a culture of high performance through effective communication of strategic vision, objectives, and business results. Perry joined METUS in May 2022 as Director of Human Resources before being promoted to Senior Director of Human Resources in April 2024. Prior to joining the company, Perry served as Senior Director of Human Resources at an HVAC company located in Norcross, Georgia.

Perry earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in social sciences from Virginia Wesleyan College in Norfolk, Virginia, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. Perry also holds a SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in Alexandria, Virginia.
